So this smoothie is my version of one from http://www.foodcoma.com/ by the way, her smoothies look A LOT prettier and actually are a bit more cleansing because she doesn't put protein powder or milk in them.
So I just take a handful of spinach and whatever fruit on hand. I had fresh pineapple and frozen strawberries. I added about 6 oz of milk (non fat) and then I added 1.5 scoops of vanilla whey powder for protein. I had a sample of the Visalus brand so I used it and found it to be very good. I whirred that crud up and downed it like a stiff drink.
Of course, I was hungry again in like 10 minutes and have proceeded to eat 5 pieces of birthday within the last day. Cause let's face it, I would much rather being eating this:
